The Acmetal 100 linear ceiling with concealed suspension system provides an uncluttered, monolithic appearance with maximum rigidity. The ceiling panels are easily installed without the use of any special tools. This system can be used indoor or outdoor providing flexibility in a wide range of usage. Users can have the options to curve and contour to create a different feel. Lightings can also be integrated into the ceiling system.
- Consists threaded rods, ‘C’ trim and panel carriers.
- As the ceiling is very light, it is possible to use one suspension for an area of 1.5 to 2sqm.
- Made of 0.5mm thick enamel steel
- 68mm wide and 28mm deep, with 10mm flange.
- The flanges have prongs to hold the panels.
- Available in black or G/I hot-dipped galvanised steel
- Made of Aluminium Alloy 3003 H24
- PVDF coating with thickness of 28 microns
- 0.7mm thick. Other thickness available upon request
- Back of the panel coated with primer basecoat
- Groove panel: 82mm wide with a recessed flange of 26mm, forming a 18mm wide groove gap. Non-groove panel: 100mm wide with a 10mm recessed flange
- Height of the panel is 16mm
- Maximum panel length ~7m
- Standard width of panels is 100mm, other sizes are available upon request.
- The panels can be perforated or solid.
- The perforations have a diameter of 1.8mm, center to center of 5mm, the apertures represent 18% opening area for 18mm wide groove module and 19% opening area for non-groove module.
